Our Rates

Sessions are charged at €12, and would normally last about one-and-a-half to two hours. However we also provide discounts and flexible time-frames to regular customers. We also offer weekly sets of 3 sessions, lasting about 1.5 hrs each at a total sum of €24.

First session is free of charge.

Depending on your fitness level and objectives, a typical session may include components targeting your stamina, strength and agility such as sprints, body-weight routines and use of free weights, performed with little or no breaks to elicit maximum positive stress from you and allow your body to eventually adapt to this stress (i.e. become healthier and stronger). Obviously, each approach would depend on the person's particular abilities. When you are at home or elsewhere, you'd be expected to do some simple "homework" in the form of callisthenic routines and to follow an approximate diet plan, so that the effects induced by the training sessions can be consolidated further during consequent sessions.

Regarding location, we would ideally pick a site that's convenient for both the client and the instructor. This may of course include the client's home (however that limits what one can work on) or something like an outdoor track, sea-side garrigue or country-side, to name but a few. As to any equipment, the client doesn't needs to worry about it as it would generally be provided.
