Food and nutrition
Food is important. However metabolism aside, if you lead an active lifestyle,
you will not need to limit yourself in anything, whether you're a male or a
female, young or old. Your body burns what it needs, so if you give it enough
"stress", it will happily consume whatever you give it without having to
eventually wake up one fine morning and discovering that you've got the shape of
a pear. Of course, this is a generalisation, and food must be considered in
terms of your goals. Are you looking to gain muscle weight? Burn the fat around
your belly? Tone-up? It definitely matters here, and we will most certainly take
these nuances into consideration when coming up with your personalised training
plan and routine.
