Malta Boot Camp believes that the world will be a better place to live in were some people in it less fat, more fit and appreciated the benefits of healthy, regular exercise whilst leading active lifestyles. By being better off physically, people in turn are better off mentally -- mente sana in corpum sanum -- more positive energy in the air means a less stressful environment around us. Keeping this in mind, we sincerely hold that your fitness goals are our opportunities to make things better, for you and for others, including ourselves around us.

Q. Where are Personal Training sessions held?

Both indoors and outdoors. Depending on your goals and fitness programme, sessions can be held from within the comfort of your home and your everyday environment. Whatever equipment needed will be provided. On the other hand, outdoor training routines will give you an equally exciting workout.

Q. Is any Equipment used during sessions?

Yes. We'll be using the best and most advanced set of equipment around: your body! Coupled with simple exercise aids that include dumbbells, jumping ropes, an odd pull-up bar and the sort -- fatigue and progress are guaranteed. Other than this, the type and frequency of supplementary equipment use would depend on the kind of goal that you intend on pursuing. So if your target is to tone-up, an emphasis on using your body weight in regards to routine, as opposed to use of heavy things, will be made.

Q. What can I expect from a "typical" Fitness workout with Malta Boot Camp?
