The workouts run for one hour with carefully planned sessions. The camps run for four weeks.
Absolutely! The trainers are all certified and ensure that everyone will benefit from the camp. Whatever fitness level or age, you will be able to enjoy the workouts.
You will need an exercise matt and two dumbbells. You can start with anything from 0.5kg dumbbells, whatever you’re comfortable with. Also make sure you bring a water bottle to keep hydrated.
At the entrance of San Klement Park, turn left and walk a little way until you see the trainer and the other ladies.
Depending of the severity of the rain, the instructor will either choose to brave it, or they will do the class online. Attendants will be notified via the WhatsApp group.
