FAQs

Do I have to stay at the Boot Camp all the time, or am I allowed to leave?
You'll have plenty of free time at your disposal. Whether to take of yourself, wash your clothes or simply rest a little-bit. The schedule is designed to bring the most out of you, and is spread throughout the day, beginning from the morning reveille & breakfast...read more here.

Subjected? Well, yes.

"Subjected" is the right word because from morning till evening, throughout the day you will discover that once upon a time you thought some things were impossible or hard for you to do (say a 3K cross-country run, followed by a swim-up and an hour or so of core physical exercise?), but now are merely a routine.

You will learn what real team-work is all about and appreciate camaraderie when your team would meet its daily assortment of competitive tasks and physically-demanding but at the same time fun activities where only team-work and reliance on one another can save the day.

You will get tired. And for those who want to lose weight -- weight you'll lose.

And you'll definitely be healthier and stronger. Physically and psychologically.
